Convenient city hotel with friendly service
Carlton Hotel was our choice for its City Hall location — super convenient for guests coming from all over Singapore. The ballroom is a good size for our 18-table wedding and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout the planning process. The Chinese banquet food was solid — not the most innovative, but well-executed and our guests were happy. The coordinator Shirley was lovely and always responsive on WhatsApp. The pricing was reasonable for a centrally-located hotel. A reliable, no-surprises choice for couples who want a convenient city-centre wedding.
