The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

We held our wedding reception at The Straits Room and it was breathtaking. The Fullerton's heritage architecture created a stunning backdrop for photos, and the wedding coordinator Michelle was phenomenal — she handled every detail from table layout to the AV setup for our montage screening. The Chinese banquet menu was outstanding, with guests still raving about the double-boiled soup and wok-fried lobster weeks later. The only minor note is that parking can be tight during peak hours, but the hotel arranged complimentary valet which made it seamless. Our parents were especially impressed with the level of service and formality. Worth every cent for a grand, classic Singapore wedding.

We chose the Fullerton because we wanted something iconic and timeless. The Jade Restaurant handled our Chinese banquet beautifully — the roast duck and steamed garoupa were standouts. Our coordinator was responsive throughout the planning process, though there were a couple of miscommunications about the stage lighting setup that required follow-up. The Fullerton Terrace for our outdoor solemnization was magical with the city skyline as backdrop. Overall a wonderful experience, just be prepared for the premium price tag.
